At Dubai Go Visa, we take the security of your personal data seriously. This policy explains how data collected through dubaigovisa.com is used.

Data Collected: Name, surname, email, phone, passport information and uploaded documents.

Purpose: Processing visa applications, collecting payments, application status notifications and legal obligations.

Retention: Application documents are automatically deleted 90 days after visa delivery. Invoices and transaction records are kept for 5 years.

Sharing: Your data is not shared with third parties except UAE authorities and our payment provider (Stripe).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Dubai Go Visa processes your personal data for the purpose of providing visa application services.

Your Rights:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to object to processing

Full Refund: If your application is cancelled within 2 hours of payment (before processing begins), a full refund is issued.

Partial Refund: For applications rejected by UAE authorities, the service fee is non-refundable; government fees are refunded.

Process: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to support@dubaigovisa.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Dubai Go Visa is an intermediary platform for UAE e-visa applications. It is not an official UAE government entity.

Limitation of Liability: Visa approval decisions are made by the UAE Ministry of Interior (ICP/GDRFA). Dubai Go Visa cannot be held responsible for rejected applications.

Accurate Information: The user is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
