Dubai vizesi nedir?
Dubai vizesi, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri'ne (BAE / UAE) giriş için verilen bir ziyaret iznidir (entry permit). Turistik amaçlı verilen bu belge, çoğu ziyaretçi için online olarak elektronik vize (e-vize) biçiminde düzenlenir ve oturma izni (residence visa) ya da Emirates ID gerektirmez. Vize ve giriş süreçleri, federal düzeyde ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security) ve Dubai özelinde GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) tarafından yürütülür.
Dubai vizesine kimlerin ihtiyacı var?
BAE'ye seyahat eden çoğu ülke vatandaşının önceden bir ziyaret vizesi (visit visa / tourist visa) alması gerekir. Vize ne kadar geçerlidir ve ne kadar kalabilirim?

Geçerlilik penceresi (validity), vize onaylandıktan sonra ülkeye giriş yapmanız gereken süredir (genellikle 60 gün). Kalış süresi (duration of stay) ise giriş yaptıktan sonra BAE'de kalabileceğiniz gün sayısıdır — 30, 60 veya 90 gün olarak sunulur. Kalış süresini aşmanız durumunda günlük para cezası (overstay fine) uygulanır; gerektiğinde vize uzatma talep edebilirsiniz.

Başvuru neden reddedilir?
Vize reddinin büyük kısmı önlenebilir hatalardan kaynaklanır: 6 aydan az pasaport geçerliliği (passport validity), biyometri kurallarına uymayan fotoğraf, eksik belge veya geçmiş overstay kaydı. Doğru hazırlanmış başvurularda red oranı düşüktür; reddedilmeniz halinde nedeni analiz edilir ve uygunsa yeniden başvuru veya iade (refund) güvencesi sağlanır.
